1st Line IT Support Engineer

Requirements

Must have:

- Experience with Office 365 - Proficient in setting up laptops & PCs in Entra/AD - Skilled in administering Windows desktops and servers - Experience with RMM/Endpoint management - Strong technical support skills - Full UK driving license and own transport - Can do attitude - Strong communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure - 3 years of IT Support experience preferred

Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day technical support to users - Set up and configure laptops and PCs - Administer Windows desktops and servers - Manage RMM/Endpoint solutions - Travel occasionally to client sites as required - Participate in in-house training initiatives
