Role: 1st Line IT Support Technician – Remote WorkingSector: MSP IT Support CompanyLocation: Bristol (ideally to live within 30 miles) so Cardiff, Gloucester, Weston, Bath, Chippenham etc will be fine.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established IT Support Company, based in Bristol, providing support to a variety of customers across the area. They are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the busy IT team.

Working from home you will be supporting their customers via telephone, email and remote support tools. As part of the desktop support role you will get the chance to be hands-on with all server and desktop products, as well as a variety of networking and other components such as routers, printers and bespoke applications.

Full training will be provided and you will be joining an experienced team. For the right candidate there are progression opportunities within the company.
