About the 1st Line Support Engineer role

As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will act as the first point of contact for all IT issues, whether it’s password resets, software troubleshooting, or hands on support for laptops and networks. You will work across a variety of London locations, supporting both Windows and Mac users and collaborating closely with 2nd Line Engineers to deliver a first class IT service.
