1st Line Support Engineer up to £25,000 DOE Preston | Permanent Deskside and Help Desk support. Working alongside members of the IT Team to troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues via email, phone, or ticketing system. Supporting a small sized user base. Upgrading and maintaining the company’s infrastructure/systems. Assisting on project tasks. Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Office 365, Azure AD, PHP, MySQL, Apache, Web hosting service, JavaScript, basic networking
Preston (MUST HAVE FULL UK LICENSE)
