Our client is seeking a 1 st line support analyst for their technical team, supporting environments built on the latest industry offerings.

You will be joining a small, close knit team engineers who are continually striving to out-perform their previous achievements. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from others in your team. As part of the support team, you will be required to help diagnose and resolve issues on customer environments while ensuring that customers receive a high level of service.

This role is based at our clients Watford office, with a very small amount of time at client sites so you must have a driving licence and transport. This percentage will vary depending on your experience and personal preference.
