1st Shift Asst Shift Supervisor

Job summary Manage all aspects of production in LMT facility.  Lead and motivate the labor force to perform at a standard necessary to insure the production of quality parts in a timely manner.  Do everything possible to control the costs related to production and related items.

Summary of essential job functions Cycle efficiency Maintain cycle times according to IQMs.  If cycle times cannot be met we will need a reason in writing notifying the Production Manager of cycle time deficiencies.

Quality MonitorQC audits and ensure we make quality parts and listen to QC.  They have the final say as to whether the parts are put into inventory or into QC hold for further evaluation.

Make sure that all production is scanned and taken to the warehouse by the end of your shift.

Comply with all processing procedures as instructed by the Production Manager.
