Job Description

1st shift Customer Service Rep    Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm     $26/hr.

  1. Strong data analysis skills, including reviewing, organizing, and interpreting data for reporting and backlog support
  2. Clear and professional communication skills, both written (email) and verbal (handling basic customer phone inquiries)
  3. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft tools, including building pivot tables, organizing large data sets, and supporting reports and dashboards
  4. Working knowledge of SAP (Legacy & S4), with the ability to navigate the system and support data review and cleanup activities
  5. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  6. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
