Job Description
1st shift Customer Service Rep Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm $26/hr.
- Strong data analysis skills, including reviewing, organizing, and interpreting data for reporting and backlog support
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written (email) and verbal (handling basic customer phone inquiries)
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft tools, including building pivot tables, organizing large data sets, and supporting reports and dashboards
- Working knowledge of SAP (Legacy & S4), with the ability to navigate the system and support data review and cleanup activities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
