**Job Title: 1st Shift - Hand Stacker** **Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Hand Stacker to join our team on the 1st Shift from 7 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday. The role involves ensuring that cases of products are correctly packaged, stacked on pallets, and meet all quality standards. The Hand Stacker will work in a climate-controlled food manufacturing plant and may be required to work overtime, up to a maximum of 12 hours per day, and potentially up to 7 days a week.
**Responsibilities**
+ Inspect and hand stack cases on skids or mods of like products using stacking pattern as a guide.
+ Shrink wrap skids from top to bottom, ensuring shrink wrap does not sit on the floor.
+ Notify the Operator/Supervisor of any problems or concerns.
+ Prepare and clean the work area, including organizing and monitoring equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and replace tape on tape machines using Kevlar gloves.
