SUMMARY:
The 1st Shift Production Supervisor position is responsible for managing the facility workload while training, monitoring employee’s performance and adherence to policy. This position is responsible for meeting the customer needs in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
Primary Job Duties:
Ensures finished material is accurately documented and accounted for.Meets Customer Production and Delivery. Insures workforce is within production standards for efficiency. Provides staff with sufficient work, insures employees are proficiently performing and adhering to benchmarked deadlines.Responsible for management of workforce.
