Construction Documentation Support – Revit (2-Week Deadline)
We are seeking an experienced architectural professional to support our team with CD production for a school on a 2-week, fixed-scope assignment.
Scope (production only – no design):
Consultant will be responsible only for the following sheets:
(Plans, RCPs, Finishes, Furniture)
(Building & Interior Elevations)
(Building Sections)
(Stair Plans & Sections)
(Elevator Plans & Sections)
(Restroom Plans)
(Food Service Equipment Plan)
Key Requirements
Revit experience (CD level)
Comfortable working in the cloud (ACC / BIM Collaborate Pro)
Ability to meet a strict 2-week deadline
Production only
Deliverables
Fully annotated, dimensioned, coordinated sheets
Schedule
Week 1: ~60–70% progress check
Week 2: 100% complete
Compensation
Fixed fee: $1,200
Milestone-based, tied to completion within 2 weeks
