Salesforce Architect - Org Strategy & Health Cloud

Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Salesforce Architect to lead the development and execution of Salesforce Org Strategy, with a strong focus on Health Cloud and Personal Account architecture. This role will be instrumental in shaping scalable, secure, and patient-centric Salesforce solutions that support healthcare operations and long-term platform growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Org Strategy & Architecture:
• Define and implement Salesforce Org Strategy, including multi-org vs. single-org decisions, governance models, and roadmap alignment.
• Lead org consolidation, expansion, and optimization initiatives to support business scalability and performance.
• Establish best practices for metadata management, release strategy, and environment planning.
Health Cloud Expertise:
• Architect and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions tailored to healthcare workflows, patient engagement, and care coordination.
• Design data models and integrations that support clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with compliance and data governance teams to ensure HIPAA and other healthcare standards are met.
Personal Accounts & Data Modeling:
• Lead the design and optimization of Salesforce Personal Account architecture to support BC healthcare scenarios.
• Ensure seamless integration of personal accounts with Health Cloud features such as care plans, patient timelines, and provider relationships.
• Address challenges related to data privacy, sharing rules, and record visibility in personal account models.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate strategic goals into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and admins.
• Support change management and adoption strategies for new Salesforce capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a strong focus on Health Cloud and Org Strategy.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Personal Accounts, including configuration, limitations, and use cases.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions in regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, security architecture, and integration patterns.
• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, Health Cloud Accredited Professional, or Certified Technical Architect are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with HL/FHIR integrations, EHR systems, or healthcare interoperability standards.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Shield, Consent Management, and Patient views.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead architectural reviews and present solutions to executive leadership.
