Essential Criteria

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 4 years experience within Salesforce eco-system.
• Salesforce product knowledge, and a strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
• Experience working in a Salesforce application or environment support role.
• Experience in Data Loader, Service Cloud, and troubleshooting Salesforce issues and work with internal parties and vendor partners to resolve them.
• Hands-on experience in managing Salesforce related CI/CD processes using GitLab or a similar tool.
• Excellent communications and negotiation skills, ability to manage competing priorities, and proficiency in aligning multiple stakeholders for effective collaboration.
