2026 - 38 Proposal Coordinator

SBM is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to our join team in London (potentially open to Kitchener) for a 12-month contract, with potential for an extension to 18 months.

Reporting to the Senior Leader of the Business Development Team, they will assist the Division Managers and Project Leads in researching, analyzing, and answering requests for proposals.

They will also track proposals and assist with follow ups, as well as tracking and compiling client feedback and success rates for distribution.

The Proposal Coordinator may also assist as required with any other business development related administration tasks.

They may also assist with Company marketing initiatives such as organization and collection of content, assist with preparation of draft marketing materials, social media, and provide support to the Marketing Team.
