Qualifications
The Compliance LMS Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the administration and launch of Compliance courses through Arch U, ensuring a seamless learning experience for employees, timely delivery of courses, and accurate tracking of compliance training. This role requires LMS administration skills, user support, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver effective compliance training programs. This role reports directly to the Director of Compliance, with oversight from the Compliance Specialist.

- Administer and monitor mandatory compliance training programs across the organization.
- Ensure accurate assignments, creation and notifications of courses based on training requirements and job roles.
