2026 Apprenticeship Program (Diesel Fitting, Fabrication & Auto Electrical)

RSA is seeking new apprentices to join our Workshop team in 2026. Our apprenticeships are more than just a job — they’re a launchpad into a skilled, long-term career in civil construction.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As an apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience repairing, servicing, and maintaining a diverse range of mobile heavy plant fleet and systems. This program offers variety, fresh challenges and opportunities for growth under the guidance of specialised industry experts. You will receive training and development to become qualified as a Heavy Diesel Fitter, Boilermaker or Auto Electrician .

As an RSA apprentice, you will be based in our Dalby Workshop on an initial 5/2 roster. These roles offer future DIDO roster opportunities (with varying flexible rosters), potentially extending to FIFO across Australia.
