The Philippines’ Country Graduate Programme is looking for high-calibre and motivated individuals with leadership potential to join our team as a Country Graduate Trainee for the Year 2026.

What to expect

The programme is HSBC Philippines’ development tool aimed at honing potential managers over a 18-month period. During the course of the programme, participants will undergo on-the-job training, role rotation, mentoring, online and classroom learning sessions and will be assigned special projects aimed at Leadership and Team Skills Development.
