Roles and Responsibilities

System Maintenance and Support

Provide day-to-day support for SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). Support SAP Project System (internal projects, cost collection, asset accounting integration) and/or Professional Services solutions (project-based services, consulting, outsourcing). Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial standards and regulations.

Configuration and Customization

Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business requirements for bug fixes or change requests. Implement changes and enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. High proficiency in English (verbal and written).

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in SAP project or application support, specifically with SAP S/4HANA FICO. Proven experience in implementing/supporting SAP Project System or Professional Services solutions. Strong troubleshooting skills for SAP-related issues. Familiarity with ITIL methodology preferred. Knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar) for ticket management.

Skills

Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes (New GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Cost Controlling, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Profit Center Accounting). Expertise in SAP Professional Services (Resource Management, Fiori apps, Project Billing, Customer/Internal Project Management) OR SAP Project System (WBS, Network Plans, Time Schedule, Cost & Revenue Planning, Project Budgeting, Progress Analysis, Reporting). Excellent knowledge of SAP configuration tools and techniques. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Certifications

SAP certification in FICO or Project System preferred.
