  • Troubleshoot network issues in WiFi, LAN/WAN and other networks with a solid understanding of technical skills.

Main Responsibilities:


In this role as the NOC support engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring networks 24/7 to identify and troubleshoot any incidents or problems that may arise. You will also maintain system performance by coordinating resolutions.
