The Opportunity

This role is responsible for evolving the way Technical Safety BC manages and uses digital products and platforms used by Technical Safety BC clients and safety officers. This role will collaborate with customers and represent their voice in scrum teams to help the team deliver client‑centric solutions to support strategic projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that client needs are at the centre as you help build the product roadmap and that communication and processes flow smoothly within the development team. This role requires the ability to define customer and user needs, understand the digital portfolio, identify intersections and dependencies, while collaborating internally and externally to support our highly cross‑functional teams to deliver meaningful and impactful experiences to our clients.
