Shift: EST Shift (IST 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Help Desk Technician to provide technical support for our users. This is a full-time, onsite role in our Kharadi, Pune office. The ideal candidate should have experience in Windows troubleshooting, software installation/uninstallation, and printer configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues on Windows systems.
- Install, update, and uninstall software as required.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers and other peripherals.
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or in person.
- Document issues and resolutions in the help desk system.
- Escalate complex problems to higher-level support as needed.
- Follow company IT policies and security guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS troubleshooting.
- Experience with software installation and removal.
- Hands-on experience with printer setup and configuration.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in the EST shift (IST 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM).
