  • Job Title: Junior Help Desk Technician

    Location: Kharadi, Pune (Onsite – No Remote Work)


    Shift: EST Shift (IST 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM)


    Job Summary:


    We are looking for a Junior Help Desk Technician to provide technical support for our users. This is a full-time, onsite role in our Kharadi, Pune office. The ideal candidate should have experience in Windows troubleshooting, software installation/uninstallation, and printer configuration.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues on Windows systems.
    • Install, update, and uninstall software as required.
    • Configure and troubleshoot printers and other peripherals.
    • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or in person.
    • Document issues and resolutions in the help desk system.
    • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support as needed.
    • Follow company IT policies and security guidelines.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:


    • 1+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
    • Strong knowledge of Windows OS troubleshooting.
    • Experience with software installation and removal.
    • Hands-on experience with printer setup and configuration.
    • Basic understanding of networking concepts is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in the EST shift (IST 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM).
