**Location:** Kharadi, Pune 

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter with experience handling both Corp-to-Corp (C2C) and W2 requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, a deep understanding of the U.S. staffing market, and a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for closing roles with quality candidates.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in technical/non-technical recruiting, preferably in the U.S. staffing industry.
• Proven experience in C2C and W2 hiring.
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using ATS- Jobdiva (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
