Job Description

Our client is a growing and successful manufacturing company located in Vaughan, and they are searching for a Lead Senior Software Engineer responsible for hands-on coding and leading a small but growing development team. This role will work closely with cross-functional departments to improve internal tooling, integrations, reporting systems, and to help modernize and scale their software infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical execution along with strong people leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Engineering & Architecture

  • Enhance and maintain internal tools, APIs, and integrations that power production and fulfillment systems

  • Collaborate with IT and finance to develop real-time ERP reporting and dashboards

  • Ensure system scalability and compliance with IT and security protocols
