Job Description
The Art Director – AI-First is responsible for concepting, designing and overseeing high‑quality visual executions across a large, multi‑market healthcare portfolio for a global pharma client. Working closely with the Design Director – AI‑First and the wider Craft team, this role ensures that every asset – from a social cutdown to a key visual or an OLV – is on brand, consistent and creatively strong across markets and channels.
This is an AI‑first role: you will be expected to use AI tools as a natural extension of your art direction and design craft, from exploration and visual routes to adaptations, variations and content optimization. You’ll combine strong visual taste, attention to detail and storytelling with an efficient, system‑minded way of working.
