2D/3D Visual

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Produce or edit 2D layouts/drawings
• Create 3D models, visuals, and/or animations
• Produce and schedule content for social media platforms
• Capture photos of completed setups on-site
• Prepare event and product photos for the website
• Consolidate monthly chatbot reports
• Prepare marketing and concept decks
• Monitor online portals daily for new tenders

Ad Hoc Tasks:

• Prepare tender documentation
• Set up laptops on-site at Event Butler offices
• Install timelapse cameras on-site
• Perform video editing tasks
• Liaise with printing companies for various formats (stickers, foamboard, banners, acrylic boards, etc.)
• Assist with other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

Software Proficiency:

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Phot...
