The Quality Lead oversees, applies, and maintains the Quality Assurance systems and procedures to ensure that customers receive products that meet or exceed their quality requirements. This role is crucial in overseeing production processes and ensuring that all incoming and outgoing products adhere to quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform a variety of quality control tests on products at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards.
+ Responsible for all new and existing product testing.
+ Stay updated with technical developments, especially those that can save time and improve reliability.
+ Provide customer support, including line trials, site testing, and quality notifications.
+ Ensure all equipment is kept calibrated and fit for purpose.
+ Train all new machine operators based on the Operator Training Checklist.
