**Now Hiring Slitter Operator in Manchester, PA**
**2nd and 3rd Shift Available, MUST be willing to train on 1st shift**
**Pay: $19.50/hr + Shift Differential**
**About the Role**
We’re hiring Slitter Operators to run high‑speed slitting/rewind equipment in a clean, safety‑first manufacturing environment. You’ll set up jobs, monitor quality, and keep production on pace while maintaining tight tolerances.
**Type of Experience Needed:**
+ 1+ year as a **slitter/rewinder** , **converting** , **press** , or **machine operator** (metals, paper/film/foil, labels, or similar)
+ Comfortable with tape measures, calipers, and reading specs/prints
+ Strong attention to detail, steady pace, and reliable attendance on nights
+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8–10 hour shifts
+ Bonus: forklift experience, basic mechanical aptitude, or prior GMP/ISO environment
