Compleat Support Specialist
to join our global team, providing day-to-day support for the Compleat automation platform. This role is key in ensuring the stability and quality of our automation ecosystem by managing incoming support cases, coordinating with product and development teams, and performing UAT testing to validate fixes for bugs and support resolution cases.
Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for Compleat support cases raised via Salesforce.
Triage, investigate, and document reported issues, ensuring clear and detailed communication with requestors.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA Engineers to validate and reproduce reported bugs.
