We're looking for an experienced
2nd Line Support Engineer
to join our client's team on a
contract basis
, supporting a busy Managed Service Provider (MSP environment). This is an excellent opportunity for a contractor who enjoys variety, technical challenge, and working with multiple client environments.

The Role

You'll be responsible for handling escalated support issues, working closely with 1st and 3rd line engineers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd line technical support within an MSP environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents and service requests
  • Work with 1st line to assist with issue resolution and knowledge sharing
  • Manage tickets efficiently, ensuring SLA compliance
  • Assist with maintenance, upgrades, and small project work
  • Accurately document issues, fixes, and procedures
