2nd shift Die Setter

Summary: Die Setters are responsible for all areas of the die set – clamping, watering, cleaning area, excessive grease from tie bars, and set up cycle per cycle sheet. Die Setter are directly responsible for the machine set-ups including primary and secondary equipment both scheduled and unscheduled. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure all paperwork is completed, submitted and filed in a timely manner

Adhere to all company policies and procedures (i.e., quality policy manual, associate handbook, etc.)

Comply with of all internal and OSHA required safety procedures

Maintain high standards of housekeeping in respective areas

Communicate to Supervisor when low on Die Setter supplies

When Die Setters approach the mold change, they are to survey the area for any oil leaks, clean the area if need be and they are to report issues to the Process Engineer
