 Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Location: New Britain, CT
Shift: 2nd Shift


Must-Have Qualifications


  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment




  • Strong working knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and shop floor operations




  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive accountability




  • Solid understanding of workplace safety standards and quality requirements




  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills


    • Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP or similar)




  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, including continuous improvement and 5S
