2nd Shift Processing Lead

Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is recruiting a 2nd Shift Processing Lead for our manufacturing client in Walton, NY. The 2nd Shift Processing Lead role will carry out responsibilities such as, but not limited to, completing paperwork as needed, assisting on the production floor, learning each task within the department, and more. Additionally, the Processing Lead will collaborate with the plant’s leadership team to align duties with the company's goals and values.Responsibilities

Champion safety and reinforce the safety of other employees.

Assist with the development, facilitation, modification and administration of plant processing area training programs and materials.

Validate training effectiveness of team members by working with trainees and trainers to drive corrective actions and improve job knowledge.
