The Grinder Helper facilitates the Grinder in maintaining the proper blend of cheese product.
Job Responsibilities
Read blend sheets and follows instructions that may be given on the blend sheets to standardize blender. Scrape any mold found on cheese and deposits mold in detained product tubs. Practices good housekeeping of work areas and grinder office. Help Slurry and Slurry helps Grinders and other co-workers when they are available. Fill out all paperwork completely and correctly including name, production line number and products ran. Sanitize lines at start up. All GLC employees are expected to perform any assignment or job task according to the stated safety policies and procedures.
