2nd/3rd Line IT Engineer

Requirements

Must have:

- Previous experience in 2nd / 3rd Line IT support - Windows Server 2019 or later - Entra ID and Intune - SQL Server 2019 or later - Microsoft certifications (nice to have) - Dell Compellent or PowerStore storage experience (nice to have) - Fortinet firewall experience (nice to have) - Sophos Central experience (nice to have) - SQL Always On (nice to have) - IIS clusters (nice to have) - Network Load Balancing (nice to have) - VLANs & routing (nice to have) - Hypervisors (VMware / Hyper-V) (nice to have) - Server and network hardware experience (nice to have)
