Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support and engineering expertise for incident, problem, and change management across production and non-production environments, including out-of-hours escalation as required.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server platforms (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, IIS, clustering) in large‑scale virtualised environments.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and resolution of complex platform issues.
- Maintain and enhance automation and deployment workflows using Ansible, CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GoCD), and platform‑native automation tooling.
- Support Citrix and virtualised platforms such as VMware vSphere and vRealize Automation (vRA).
- Support Windows‑based and Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Oracle v8+9) systems, including patching and configuration management.
