Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced MS CRM Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, ensuring functionality, reliability, and stability through comprehensive test coverage.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Perform manual testing of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, including functional, regression, and integration testing.




  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.




  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.




  • Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies using defect tracking tools.




  • Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.




  • Ensure test coverage for CRM workflows, business rules, and customizations.




  • Provide test reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.




Required Skills and Experience:




  • 4 to 6 years of manual testing experience, with at least 2 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM (MS CRM).




  • Strong understanding of CRM modules, including sales, service, and marketing.




  • Experience in writing comprehensive test cases and defect documentation.




  • Good knowledge of testing methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).




  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.




  • Proficiency in defect tracking tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.




  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
