Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MS CRM Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, ensuring functionality, reliability, and stability through comprehensive test coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual testing of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies using defect tracking tools.
Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Ensure test coverage for CRM workflows, business rules, and customizations.
Provide test reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
4 to 6 years of manual testing experience, with at least 2 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM (MS CRM).
Strong understanding of CRM modules, including sales, service, and marketing.
Experience in writing comprehensive test cases and defect documentation.
Good knowledge of testing methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
Proficiency in defect tracking tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
