Job Summary:


360 Degree Cloud Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript, Plugins, and Custom Workflow Activities. The ideal candidate should also have strong proficiency in SSIS and/or SSRS for data integration and reporting needs. This role demands technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to collaborate across teams to deliver customized CRM solutions.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, customizations, and integrations.




  • Develop and maintain CRM plug-ins, custom workflows, and JavaScript web resources.




  • Create and manage SSRS reports and build ETL packages using SSIS for seamless data integration.




  • Customize CRM forms, views, dashboards, and entities based on business requirements.




  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.




  • Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of CRM applications.




  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within the CRM system.




  • Participate in data migration, deployment, and upgrade activities.



Required Skills and Qualifications:




  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2016/365).




  • Strong expertise in JavaScript




  • Hands-on experience developing custom plugins, workflows, and actions in Dynamics CRM.




  • Proficient in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and/or SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).



  • Solid understanding of CRM entity model, security model, and business rules.




  • Familiarity with source control tools like Git or Azure DevOps.




  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.




  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
