- Knowledge on Mechanical, electrical products, electro-mechanical products such as switchgear, Disconnector, Enclosures
- Knowledge on GD&T, Tolerance
- Knowledge of understanding the functional characteristics of dynamic operating product
- Knowledge of material Engineering, Sheet metal, Steel alloy, Material selection etc.
- Knowledge of conceptual modelling, Innovative thinking on electro-mechanical components
- Good knowledge of VAVE, Cost optimization, Design simplification
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Independent working ability, good team player
