This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will engage with potential and existing clients through outbound and inbound calls, present products or services, provide accurate information, and address inquiries or concerns. Responsibilities include maintaining customer databases, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet targets and improve services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
- Customer service skills, including the ability to listen actively and address client concerns effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software, Excel, and managing customer databases.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities when interacting with prospects and converting leads.
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple calls and deadlines efficiently.
- Prior experience in telecalling or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
