3D Designer – Exhibition Stand Design (Remote | India)

Prism Advertising is a Dubai-based integrated advertising and experiential agency with 20+ years of experience delivering exhibition stands, country pavilions, retail environments, and large-scale event experiences across the GCC.

We are looking to hire a skilled 3D Designer (minimum 3 years’ experience) specializing in exhibition stand and spatial design, to join our team remotely from India, working full-time aligned to Dubai working hours.

Role Overview -

You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D concepts, photorealistic renders, and production-ready drawings for exhibitions, pavilions, activations, and brand environments. This role requires both creative strength and technical execution capability.

Key Responsibilities -

• Develop 3D design concepts for:
• Custom-built exhibition stands
• Country pavilions
• Mall activations & pop-ups
• Conferences & graduation stages
• Retail interiors & branded environments
• Produce high-quality photorealistic renders for client presentations and pitches
• Prepare shop drawings / production-ready drawings for execution teams
• Collaborate remotely with Dubai-based project managers, designers, and production teams
• Interpret client briefs, brand guidelines, and technical constraints accurately
• Incorporate AI-assisted tools/workflows where relevant for ideation or efficiency

Required Skills & Experience -

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in exhibition stand / spatial design
• Strong command of:
• 3ds Max
• SketchUp
• V-Ray
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Working knowledge of AI tools for design enhancement is a plus
• Ability to deliver both conceptual visuals and execution-ready drawings
• Strong understanding of materials, structures, lighting, and fabrication realities
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines

Mandatory: A strong portfolio specifically showcasing exhibition stands / built environments

(Generic interior or product-only portfolios will not be considered)
