Job description

Key Responsibilities:
● Design Development: Create detailed and visually compelling 3D designs for
POSM that align with client briefs and project requirements.
● Material Knowledge: Utilize in-depth knowledge of materials to select appropriate
options for design execution, ensuring durability and visual appeal.
● Client Interaction: Manage client briefs independently, including gathering
requirements, providing design solutions, and incorporating feedback.
● Project Management: Oversee the entire design process from concept through to
final execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
● Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, production teams, and
stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
● Industry Expertise: Apply experience and insights from working with FMCG, liquor
& beverages, and cosmetics clients to create relevant and impactful designs.

 Qualifications:
● Experience: Minimum of 5-9 years of professional experience in 3D design, with a
focus on POSM design.
● Material Knowledge: Strong understanding of various materials used in POSM and
their applications.
● Client Handling: Proven ability to handle client briefs independently and effectively.
● Industry Experience: Prior experience working with clients in FMCG, liquor &
beverages, and cosmetics industries or work for these industries.
● Education: Preferably a background in Fine Arts or a related field.
● Skills: Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender,) and Adobe
Creative Suite. Strong visual and conceptual skills with attention to detail.
● Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing relevant 3D design work, particularly in
POSM and related industries.
