3D Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Designer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating high-quality 3D visualizations, models, and renderings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to bring design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

Create 3D models, renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for construction projects.

Develop realistic and detailed design concepts using CAD and 3D software.

Collaborate with architects and project teams to understand project requirements.

Prepare interior and exterior 3D visualizations based on design layouts.

Ensure accuracy and quality of modeling, textures, lighting, and materials.

Update and revise models based on client feedback and design changes.

Assist in preparing design proposals and presentation materials.

Maintain project documentation and design files.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Multimedia, or related field.

1–3 years of experience as a 3D Designer (preferably in a construction or architectural firm).

Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as:

3ds Max / SketchUp / Revit

AutoCAD

Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape

Strong understanding of architectural drawings, elevations, and layouts.

Excellent visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.

Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.
