3D Generalist – Contract Role (Mumbai, Work from Office)

Craft Worldwide (IPG Group) is looking for a 3D Generalist with 5+ years of experience in advertising or creative production. If you are a 3D specialist, have a strong design sense, and can independently take projects from brief to delivery, we’d love to connect.

What you’ll do:

  • Create 3D models, animations, and product visualizations for global brand campaigns
  • Work on design-driven outputs across digital, print, and video
  • Explore and integrate AI tools for faster concepting and creative workflows
  • Collaborate with creative & production teams in a fast-paced agency environment

    • What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years as a 3D Generalist (advertising/agency background preferred)
  • Expert in Blender, with knowledge of other 3D tools (Maya, C4D, 3ds Max)
  • Strong skills in texturing, rendering (Cycles/Eevee/V-Ray/Redshift), and motion graphics basics
  • Good sense of design, composition, and storytelling
