🎯 Your Mission

Lead. Visualize. Inspire.

As an Interior Visualizer – Team Lead, you will oversee interior visualization projects from concept to final delivery while mentoring a team of visualizers. You will be responsible for maintaining visual excellence, workflow efficiency, and creative consistency across all interior outputs.


🛠 What You Will Do

Creative & Technical Leadership

  • Lead interior visualization projects for residential and commercial developments.
  • Define visual standards, quality benchmarks, and rendering guidelines.
  • Review and approve renders before final client delivery.


Team Management

  • Manage, guide, and mentor a team of interior visualizers.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Support junior artists with lighting, materials, and composition improvements.


Visualization Excellence

  • Create high-quality photorealistic interior renders when required.
  • Set up realistic lighting, camera angles, and mood compositions.
  • Ensure accurate material application, textures, and detailing.


Design Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with architects, design, and project management teams.
  • Interpret design drawings and briefs into visually compelling interiors.
  • Ensure consistency across multiple units, towers, and project phases.


Process & Optimization

  • Improve workflows for faster turnaround and consistent quality.
  • Introduce best practices, presets, libraries, and templates.
  • Stay updated with interior design trends, furniture styles, and visualization techniques.


💼 What You Bring to the Table

  • Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in interior visualization
  • 1–3 years of team-handling or lead experience preferred
  • Strong expertise in:

3Ds Max, Corona Renderer / V-Ray, AutoCAD

  • Deep understanding of:

Interior aesthetics, Lighting techniques, Camera composition, Material realism

  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating interior quality and consistency
