Job Description
We are looking for an expert in Chief Architect to handle 3D modeling and visualization for single-family residential projects in California. All projects are standard wood-frame houses, typically around 2,000 sqft.
We need a freelancer who is detail-oriented with US construction standards (specifically wood framing).
Scope of Work:
3D Modeling: Create full models from 2D plans in Chief Architect and then create 3D Elevations,High-Quality Renders and Walkthrough Videos from the model.
Note: In some cases, we will provide the Chief Architect model, and you will only be responsible for the elevations, renders, and video.
In other cases we will provide the complete architectural set with floor plans, elevations, sections, etc in CAD

To be considered, you must provide a price for each of the following items (use a $ price per sqft or a fixed rate per item for a 2,000 sqft home):
