Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled 3 D Modeller with strong expertise in Sketch Up for architectural visualization projects. The ideal candidate should be able to create accurate, high-quality 3 D models and visual outputs and be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed 3 D architectural models using Sketch Up
Develop interior and exterior visualizations based on drawings and references
Coordinate with designers, architects, and project managers
Ensure models meet design intent and visualization standards
Make revisions based on feedback within defined timelines
Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency in all 3 D outputs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in Sketch Up
Experience in Architectural Visualization (Arch Viz)
Knowledge of interior & exterior modeling
Basic understanding of lighting, textures, and materials
Ability to work under tight deadlines
