Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik for a 3D Printing Engineer. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining 3D printers, developing and optimizing product designs, and ensuring high-quality printing outcomes. The role involves designing prototypes and end-user parts using CAD software and implementing effective manufacturing solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives is a key part of the position.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in 3D printing and mechanical engineering practices
• Orthopedic device designing is a must.
• Schedulig and managing prints to complete projects in timely manner - should have order management experince. (Mandatory)
• Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) such as blender and nx/zbrush/solidedge/solidworks (MANDATORY) and product design methodologies
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams and clients
• Ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma principles is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on quality
