At Fronius Spain we are looking for a Technical Support Technician in the Solar & Energy area.
Responsibilities
Providing excellent and timely national customer support via technical consulting and assistance for customers (sales representatives, FSP, installers) involving pre‑sales assistance, PV system‑sizing and monitoring.
Assisting with support cases via phone and/or email as well as on‑site when necessary.
Training customers (conducting seminars) in‑house or on‑site.
Creating technical and training material.
Assisting in national sales exhibitions or trade fairs.
Interface function with Technical Support International.
Qualifications
Diploma in electronics.
Professional education.
Training/knowledge in renewable energies is a plus.
Professional experience.
Professional experience in customer service, repair/after sales service.
