We are seeking a skilled 3D modeler with strong SketchUp experience to develop a detailed 3D model for a clinic interior project.
The layout and design direction will be provided. Your role will be to accurately translate 2D plans and references into a clean, organized, and well-structured SketchUp model.
Scope of Work:
Create a precise 3D SketchUp model of a medical clinic
Model reception area, waiting area, consultation rooms, treatment rooms, corridors, and washrooms
Apply basic materials and clean geometry (no heavy rendering required unless discussed)
Maintain proper layer/group organization
Ensure accurate dimensions based on provided drawings
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in SketchUp
Experience modeling healthcare / commercial interiors (preferred)
Clean modeling practices (components, groups, tags properly managed)
Attention to detail and spatial accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
