Job Summary

CasaGrand is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented 3D Max Visualizer to join our in-house design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and realistic renders for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renders, and walkthroughs for residential and commercial projects.
• Create exterior and interior visualizations based on architectural drawings, concepts, and specifications.
• Work closely with architects, designers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Ensure accuracy in materials, textures, lighting, scale, and detailing.
• Revise and enhance visuals based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
• Maintain consistency in visual quality as per CasaGrand brand standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D visualization.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong proficiency in 3Ds Max.
• Hands-on experience with V-Ray / Corona Renderer.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and related tools.
• Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, composition, and rendering techniques.
• Experience in creating real estate-focused visualizations is mandatory.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and concepts accurately.

Desired Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or Visual Design (preferred).
• 4–10 years of proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, preferably in real estate or construction companies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality residential and commercial projects.
