3PL Coordinator

The 3PL Coordinator is responsible for managing third-party logistics partners to ensure efficient warehousing, inventory control, and timely delivery of goods while maintaining service quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

1. 3PL Operations Management

• Coordinate daily activities with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for warehousing and transportation.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely receipt and dispatch.
• Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are adhered to by the service providers.

2. Inventory & Warehouse Control

• Oversee inventory accuracy, physical stock counts, and reconciliation with system records.
• Monitor FIFO / FEFO compliance and batch accuracy.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track KPIs such as order fulfillment, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), damages, and productivity.
